I’ve learnt through my training as a LOA Life Coach, that you really can make your body do what you want it to do. The KEY is to not contradict your desired outcome with you Belief. Your subconscious is like the crew of your ship and you are the captain. It is your job to give the crew its orders. All the cells in your body are interlinked – and they are in constant communication with each other. So the cells in your heart, know what’s happening with the cells in your feet. The cells in your stomach know what’s happening with the cells in your nose and so on and so forth. They are all working together as one performing out their perspective jobs. Infact they are always working to your orders whether your aware of it or not.
This is why it so important to become a DELIBERATE CREATOR, so you don’t create by default. It’s so important to be aware and direct the way you think and feel and ultimately what you believe.
When you give your subconscious mind (crew to your ship), its orders, the crew takes everything you say literally. Your subconscious has no sense of humour. It just blindly follows orders. When you say, “Everything I eat goes straight to my hips and stomach”, your subconscious/crew hears that as a command. “Take everything she eats, turn it into fat and put it on her hips and stomach”.
On the other hand, if you say “Everything I eat helps me maintain my perfect bodyweight and gives me the best nutrition it has to offer”, your crew will begin to bring that into your reality. Our bodies are so amazing and we don’t give it the credit it deserves. The power of your subconscious mind is the reason why we must become vigilant and pay careful attention to our spoken and internal statements.
Law of Attraction states the vibrations that we send out will have a boomerang affect and events matching that vibration will be brought back to us.
WE CAN’T LOOSE WEIGHT IF WE BELIEVE WE ARE OVERWEIGHT! IT’S IMPOSSIBLE. IF WE BELIEVE WE ARE OVERWEIGHT WE WILL STAY IN THAT STATE. WE MUST FIND A WAY TO MOVE AWAY FROM THAT INTERNALSELF-DESTRUCTIVE STATEMENT. WE COULD TELL OURSELVES THAT WE ARE ON THE JOURNEY TO PERFECT WEIGHT OR WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF RELEASING EXCESS WEIGHT, AND REALLY FEEL THE GREAT ANTICIPATION THAT THE RESULT IS SLOWLY BUT SURELY ON ROUTE TO MANIFESTATION IN OUR LIVES. You would then be sending out a vibration in alignment with your desired goal and your belief will support you in that.
I introduce many positive visualization and meditation techniques where I guide my clients to connect with their ‘perfect future self’ to bring in the essence of that success and feel- good factor into their bodies helping them to deeply embed this vibration into their subconscious mind.
You will be amazed at the results you get when you truly appreciate and savor the food you eat – even if it is a food which is conventionally seen as ‘bad’ or ‘fattening’.
A person that eats their favorite dessert feeling full of regret and guilt will remain an overweight person eating their favorite dessert as opposed to someone who really tells themselves that their favorite dessert will work in perfect harmony with their body and help them maintain their perfect weight.
A person who really enjoys their favorite dessert without even the thought of weight gain in their mind, but just a simple conscious attention to how good it tastes and how much they are enjoying it will remain at their perfect weight. We see evidence of this around us all the time. All the normal weight people who eat whatever they wish and still never put on weight. Heck! They don’t even worry about putting on weight and we grow to envy and despise these people secretly. But they are eating in the right way!
Ask yourself, every time you eat – are you savoring the food and enjoying the company at your table or are you fearful, regretful and full of guilt – focusing way too much on your weight? If you are telling your body and subconscious mind negative things the body doesn’t reach for the nutrients because you have just told your body that the food is toxic. Our bodies are so intelligent – more intelligent then science acknowledges. So it rejects the nutrients, and takes all the toxins and encapsulates them into your fat cells.
Don’t get me wrong too much of anything is toxic and bad for our health, but we are not talking about over indulging at every meal, we are talking about eating healthy good size portions that leave us feeling satisfied. What I’m suggesting is that it’s in our control to guide our bodies to react to the food which will benefit us the most. Our bodies can cope with small amounts of just about any food just fine. THE KEY IS TO BELIEVE THIS.
We know that cells talk to cells. The best way to train your subconscious mind and body to really take on the food you eat in the best possible way is to BLESS IT. Give thanks for the food and believe that it will give to your body all the best it has to offer.
I now do this and I totally believe that it works in helping me maintain an ideal bodyweight. I’m still in a stage in my life where I would feel more comfortable within myself if I lost some more excess weight, but I don’t believe that I need to diet or cut out food groups. I eat well, and I enjoy it thoroughly. I instruct my body what to do and since I’ve started doing this I have noticed a change in my body. I stay active and I try my best to remain in high spirits.
TRY IT – IT REALLY DOES WORK – train yourself to feel good when you eat and sense the relief and well-being that flows to you.
