When Will The Suffering End?

Why do we suffer in life?
When will our suffering end?
How can we make our suffering end?

All excellent questions, and now that I’ve learnt so much about the Universal Laws – the most powerful of them being the Law of Attraction, I now know that we do indeed attract all the circumstances, situations and people into our lives that make us suffer.

Why would we attract things into our life, if they do not bring us joy and make us suffer?

The reason is because we are not aware that we are doing this.

Most of us don’t realise that we create our own realities. Most of the population does not realise that inside of them lies the Divine Power to create anything. We have all been blessed with this Divine Power. And because we do not realise this, we throw our powers away and start to create by default.

Creating by default means that we react to situations without thinking things through properly. Most of us react to situations the way we believe we are expected to react…but we don’t really get intouch with our true selves and feel what we really need to feel. We are afraid to be authentic in this way and prefer to play it safe by fitting in with others and doing as they do…the problem is…they are not getting it right either!!!!

We are encouraged to conform, behave and think in certain ways which suit society, but most of the time does not suit us.

Because we haven’t been taught the power of our minds and our feelings, we don’t realise that we are wasting them and using them in the wrong way. We spend too much time thinking about all the things that stress us out, our fears, our pains, and the wrongs that others have done to us. We harbour these negative emotions in our bodies, which eventually make us unwell and bring about all sorts of diseases.

Diseases = Dis-ease.

We grow uncomfortable, bitter and unhappy.

What a waste!!!!

The more we think about these negative things, the more they become real in our lives.

Whatever we resist persists…

Over the years we pick up a negative mind-set…..We grow used to feeling uncomfortable and unhappy….We even start to dislike seeing others happy…that’s how unhappy we get in our own lives…(player haters!!!).

If we have a negative mind-set – what do you think we will attract into our lives? Yes you guessed correct – more negativity!! More problems, more stresses, and more situations which are not pleasing…and how do we cope?…we just do…we are so used to it by now….

What Can We Do To Get Out Of This Catch 22 Situation Which Has Become A Vicious Circle???

The only thing we can do is to become a Deliberate Creators. The law of Deliberate Creation is the 2nd Universal Law.

We need to shift our mind-set point to a more positive, pleasing one. This takes time and practice.

We can start by introducing things into our lives on a regular basis that help us stop thinking about our stresses and put us in a place of peace and ease.

It could be anything you enjoy doing, anything at all, but be careful to stay away from things that you will feel guilty doing or feel regretful afterwards…choose safely and wisely and make these new actions into enjoyable, regular activities in your life. Involve your loved ones and friends. Start having fun – YES especially when your life is in a really terrible feeling place…this is the effort you NEED to be putting and investing into your life.

Start to become more familiar with joyful experiences, on a regular basis….learn to be less focused on the stuff that stresses you out, and learn to release it and not think about it all the time. This is what being Deliberate Creator is all about. Staying focused on what you want and like in your life.

Eventually you will become more familiar with joyful experiences and you will learn to not dwell on your stresses which cause you to suffer. You will become better at enjoying yourself, leaving your stresses in the background of your mind, rather than taking dominance in the forefront.

Of course there are 100’s or tools one can use to help one achieve this, and this is what my life coaching service is all about. This is the work I love to do with my clients and I cannot begin to explain to you the joy I feel when my clients start to release their pain and move towards betterment and start to feel better…it really is amazing how quickly things change for the better….this can all be achieved with a positive joyful mind-set and with the help of the Law of Attraction.

Practice makes perfect…and people who do not seem to suffer much and seem to be happy a great deal of the time have gotten really good at enjoying themselves…….Not a bad trade off, if you think about it….To spend more time doing the things that brings you Joy rather than spending time thinking over and over what makes you feel sad!!!!!

  4. I know personally for me that I was living by default for most of my life. It was not until I had my second emotional meltdown that I knew I had to change the way I lived my life. I didn’t know how but funnily enough once I committed to myself that I needed to change me, events, circumstances and people appeared helping me to transform my life. Now I live a happier and healthier life and I love my life. 🙂
