As a Law of Attraction Life Coach, I help my clients look for any and every possible way to feel better than they do in the moment. My work is to see them as they want to be seen and then do my best to help them find any sort of emotional relief about whatever negative topic, subject, issue or concern they have. Once I’ve shown them how to feel relief from where they were; now I’ve helped them become aware and empowered them to be able to do it for themselves.
I use the Emotional Guidance Scale as a tool to help my clients pinpoint where they are, and to see easily how they can move up the scale.

Can you pinpoint where you are on this scale? Can you see; if you are patient and caring with yourself and take it one step at a time, you can slowly but surely move up the scale.
So next time don’t try to make a major leap to the top!!! It’s not practical. Take small steps and the journey to the top becomes easier. Stop being so hard on yourself!!!! We all want to feel absolutely fabulous but take it one day at a time, a step at a time.
Make your goal of feeling great and maintaining that happiness an achievable goal. Don’t make the mistake of thinking you can and should jump out of Depression into Joy! Work up the Scale. Work through your emotions.
Your emotional guidance system is constantly giving you guidance about the vibrational relationship between where you are right now and where you want to be.
If you’re experiencing something in your life that has caused you to really want something and if you are focused on the opposite of that desire, you’re going to feel strong negative emotion. But if you really, really want something and your thoughts are in alignment with that desire, then you’re going to feel strong positive emotion.
These are your indicators – extremely accurate indicators – letting you know the vibrational relativity (distance) between where you want to be and where you are right now.
