I will teach you techniques which will give you the tools to enable yourself to feel good in any circumstance, by spotting a negative emotion and stopping it before it consumes you. Reaching for ‘downstream thoughts’ is a skill, which once mastered will enable your life to flourish boundlessly, as you flow with the current of life.
